Information we collect

• Email address when you sign in with a magic link (members and authorized staff).
• Name and message when you submit a prayer request or contact form — seen by church staff only, never on a public screen or prayer wall.
• Name and email when you RSVP to an event.
• Notification preferences if you opt in to push or email reminders.
• Giving activity is processed by Zeffy — we do not receive or store payment card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

• To provide and maintain our website, mobile app, and church services.
• To send service reminders and notifications you opt into.
• To respond to prayer requests, contact messages, and pastoral care.
• To support giving records and statements through Zeffy.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example Supabase, Sanity, Zeffy, Resend, and OneSignal), under their privacy policies and only as needed to run the service.

Where data is stored

• Account and app data: Supabase (encrypted database).
• Website content: Sanity CMS.
• Online giving: Zeffy (PCI-compliant payment processor).
• We do not store payment card details on lschurch.com or in our database.

Children's privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your choices and rights

• You may request access to or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
• You may opt out of push notifications in your device settings or by contacting us.
• You may unsubscribe from email reminders using the link in any message or by contacting the church office.
