Title: When Will Joy Come to Those in Sorrow?
Scripture: Psalm 30:5
“His anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.”
Main Idea: Even in times of sorrow, we can be assured that joy is coming.
For Hungry Readers: For a Christian walking with God in Christ, joy is never far away. This assurance rests on God’s favor toward us. His favor is constant and forever, so he will bring good to us through all circumstances, and that good will bring us joy.
Sorrows cannot snuff out our joy because we always have hope, we always have God the fountain of all joy, and we always have his promises.
Faith Declarations: No matter if sorrows come today, tomorrow I will have joy.
